Biography

Dr. Costa is an orthopaedic surgeon subspecialized in (1) sport/arthroscopy/upper extremity reconstruction and (2) lower extremity reconstruction. He completed two fellowships at the University of Toronto and currently practices at Mackenzie Health – Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital.

Dr. Costa treats professional / amateur athletes’ sport injuries as well as all patients with bone/joint pain. If indicated, he uses the latest forms of musculoskeletal injections and techniques. Dr. Costa’s clinical interests include arthroscopic surgery as well as knee, hip and shoulder replacement.
