Stress Management Techniques and Programs
Members of The Toronto Clinic™ will have access to an expert designed stress management program that focuses on teaching mind-body regulation and self-management skills. The goal is to help clients learn how to control the automatic physiological reactions caused by stress and change and to empower them to skillfully unwind and recuperate from the strains of an increasingly pressured life.
